Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Marinade:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Marinate the Salmon:

  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat the Grill:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F / 190-200°C). Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

Grill the Salmon:

  • Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Serve:

  • Remove the salmon from the grill and garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley. Serve with your choice of sides, such as roasted vegetables or a quinoa salad. Enjoy!
