Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt optional
  • Chocolate chips powdered sugar, or extra chopped pecans for coating (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pecan Mixture:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt (if using). Stir until well combined.

Form the Balls:

  • Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate the pecan balls for 30 minutes to firm them up.

Optional Coating:

  • If desired, dip the chilled balls in melted chocolate, or roll them in powdered sugar or extra chopped pecans.
